Woolworths has announced that it is opening a drive-thru option at selected branches across the country. Customers will have to place their orders online before heading to the store. Staff members will then bring pre-ordered packages to a marked parking bay where customers must wait for their goods. Payment must be made online at the time of delivery, so in theory, this would be a completely contactless way of getting groceries.
