In the latest episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kim K literally squeezes herself into a designer latex suit. The outfit was designed for her by Balmain. She chose to wear this outfit to Paris Fashion Week, which took place a while ago.  Her outfit was complete with a skintight latex bodysuit, latex gloves, latex pants and a latex blazer.
