Although beautiful, it is very expensive, coming in at R450 million!
A new line of floating villas has been designed by a Cape Town-based architectural firm. Each villa has six bedrooms between two floors and an infinity pool on-deck. The floating villas will be open for sales at the end of 2021.
In terms of price, they will start at R450 million each. Some of the company’s other floating villas can be found in the Dubai Canal, including at the foot of the world-famous Burj Al Arab hotel.
