Release of ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ pushed back to October

This is the second delay of the film’s release.

“Wonder Woman 1984” is the follow-up to 2017’s successful Wonder Woman movie was originally due to be released on 5 June, but after the global coronavirus pandemic forced movie theatres to temporarily close, the new addition to the franchise was postponed until 14 August. Now, DC Comics has confirmed that the film’s cinema release has been postponed yet again to October of this year. Other films that people are excited for like Matrix 4 have also been rescheduled for release due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding COVID-19.
