Laptops and other devices were stolen. It is not yet known if any sensitive information was taken.
Over the weekend, eNCA reported that the offices of the Zondo commission of enquiry were broken into. The burglars apparently made off with two laptops, although it was not yet confirmed if any sensitive commission records were also stolen. Nor has it been confirmed if any records relating to the hearing were saved on the stolen devices. The commission has, however, stated that the burglary will not halt the hearings. They will continue with matters as scheduled throughout today, while an investigation into the crime is underway
