No increase has been announced for SA subscribers yet

Netflix has recently announced a price hike for its standard and premium tier plans. The standard plan will now cost $14 (up from $13) and the premium tier will set you back $18 (up from $16). There hasn’t been an announcement regarding increases in South Africa as of yet. Netflixed has upped their prices in the USA earlier this year two, however they tend to roll out new pricing per country and South African subscribers can rest assured knowing that local subscriptions are to remain the same for the time being. Experts have said that these price hikes could be announced in other countries soon too.
