Netflix recently dropped a brand-new crime drama called “The Woods”. It is created by the same people behind the popular shows, “Stranger Things” and “Safe”. “The Woods” is a Polish series and has to be watched with subtitles. The story follows prosecutor Pawel Kopiński, whose sister’s disappearance 30 years earlier is dredged up during a fresh homicide case. The story is told across two different time periods – when Pawel’s sister and a boy went missing in 1994, and in 2019, when the boy reappears. The show will leave you on the edge of your seat!
