Her winning design will form part of Trenery’s next global collection. Glorinah Khusto Mabaso is an interior designer from Mamelodi. She is making headlines because she recently won the coveted Trenery Print Competition! Her design company focuses on creating pieces that bridge the gap between ancient Africa and the modern world. She entered the competition with a print design that mimic rain pouring down onto a glass surface with streaks created by droplets.

Using a colour palette from other Trenery outfits she admires, she was able to grab the first prize. Now, her fabric design will form part of Trenery’s upcoming global collection. She will also go to France for a two-week design course at the Paris College of Art.
