This announcement comes after Showmax pulled his previous films from the platform due to alleged cases of racism in his films.
Leon Schuster is working on a new slapstick comedy film, Mr. Bones 3. This announcement was made by entertainment blogger, Phil Mphela. The announcement comes only a couple of days after Schuster was under fire for alleged cases of racism in his previous films. Since these allegations surfaced, Showmax took a bold step and removed all of Schuster’s movies from the platform. Several people have come out to defend Schuster, claiming that there is no way that his films can be interpreted as racist. The announcement of the new film has sparked outrage among many South Africans, while others are excited for the new instalment. Mr Bones 1 & 2 made more than R70 million at the box office at the time of their release.
