Transport minister Fikile Mbalula says that international travel will soon be open, with the minister saying that the National Coronavirus Command Council is currently discussing plans to open borders. According to speculation, only African borders will be reopened at first. In Europe, the coronavirus seems to be coming back for a second wave so it might be some time before overseas travel is allowed to resume.
