They are beta testing these cars at the moment.

Tesla released a beta version of its “full self driving” software to selected customers this month. The customers are to test the vehicles and report back to Tesla on how they find it. Testers have started uploading videos of themselves using the cars on YouTube and Twitter. Although the cars seem to work pretty okay, there are certain scenarios where the driver has to intervene. Critics have said that this is not a full self-driving car as it only features innovative driver assistance.
