FNB is launching a new virtual card for individual and business customers. It is set to be available from October 2020. Customers will be able to access the card via the FNB App and the RMB Private Banking App. Furthermore, clients will be able to create multiple virtual cards for each transactional account to better manage spend. This way, payments can truly be even more contactless. When Apple Pay arrives in SA, people will also be able to tap their phones to pay.
