They are reportedly monitoring employee activity on certain Facebook groups.

According to a report by Vice, Amazon is closely monitoring dozens of private and public social media groups run by Amazon Flex package delivery drivers across the US, UK, and Spain. They are doing this to get inside information on planned strikes and protest action by employees. The report details that Amazon is using a software tool to keep track of their employees’ online movements. Amazon has been hostile towards its workforce for some time since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, leading to a breakdown in work relationships.
