Evermore Theme Park claims swift is guilty of a trademark infringement.

Evermore Theme Park in Utah in the USA has filed a lawsuit against Taylor Swift. Their claim is based on the allegation that Swift is guilty of a trademark infringement for naming her latest album “evermore” – a title the park says they have exclusive rights on. In particular, they are saying Taylor Swift’s album release is confusing their visitors because if they now search for “Evermore” online, they don’t get information on the park. They only see information relating to Swift’s album. In a statement, Taylor Swift’s legal team said the claim is baseless and opportunist.
